I tried to cut and paste from Word the questionaire. It sure looked wierd
when it got online. I guess you've figured out I'm in marketing not the
computer or animation end of the business. This time it's typed in aol.

What specifically does your company offer the customer that's special.
(Customer support, same day delivery, etc.)??
